Continuous Electric hinge allows electric currents and signals to pass from jamb through the hinge into the door in an invisible manner.

Conforms to ANSI/BHMA 156.26, Grade 1.

NOTE:
-All electrical hinge modification are to be placed in the center hinge position. Any other locations will void warranty.
For grout filled frames install PBB mortar box-Failure to install mortar box voids warranty.

-PURCHASE ORDERS PLACED FOR ELECTRIC MODIFICATION ARE NON CANCELLABLE.

-Additional wire length may be purchased at additional cost. See pricebook for additional cost.

-PACKAGING INFORMATION: One electric continuous hinge and screw pack per unit carton. Installation instructions and installation template included

GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION: PBB, Inc. template hinges are manufactured to close tolerances and meet all specifications and requirements set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

HINGE SWAGING: A standard swaging of our standard weight full mortise hinge when closed to parallel position provides a 1/32” clearance between leaves.

CONCEALED ELECTRIC THROUGH-WIRE: Two, four, six, eight, and ten continuous electric conductors See specifications below.
